General Guidelines:

The employment will commence on a contractual basis, initially for a duration of two years, with the possibility of extension based on the organization's needs and the individual's satisfactory performance.
A market-driven lump sum compensation package will be provided according to the qualifications and experience of the individual.
The prescribed age limit already incorporates a general age relaxation of 05 years. No additional age relaxation will be permitted.
Government or WAPDA employees who have served continuously for a minimum of two years by the closing date of application submission are eligible for a 10-year age relaxation, allowing them to work up to the age of 55 years.
WAPDA reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process at any stage without any reason.
