Terms & Recruitment Procedure:
Punjab population welfare department has made some rules and
terms you need to follow as a candidates to be eligible for currently available
positions advertised in newspaper. Here is how you can apply for vacant

How To Submit Job Application:
- Applicants should submit their applications via the National Testing Service (NTS) official website, www.nts.org.pk.
- Submit application form (online) along with deposit slip prescribed fee in favor of National Testing Service, copy of CNIC, attested copies of all academic/educational/experience certificates/ documents and two recent passport size photographs are to be sent directly to NTS through courier on the address mentioned on application form.
- Pay NTS Test fee through 1 Link 1 Bill Participating Banks/ATM/Internet Banking/Mobile Banking/Easy Paisa/Jazz Cash/TCS Express Counters using 20 digits invoice numbers generated in your fee slip. Only 1 bill invoice payment will be accepted.
- The date of written NTS test will disclosed to the eligible/ short listed candidates only through NTS.
- Application with insufficient information would not accept at any case. Application only acceptable if submitted before the closing date.
- The last date to submit application at NTS is 30th September, 2023.
- Roll Number Slip and Test schedule will be available on NTS website 1 week before written test.

General Terms and Guidelines:
- The posts mentioned above are based on contractual agreements, are non-transferable, and are specific to a certain project.
- The duration of the contract is scheduled until the project's end, specifically until the 30th of June, 2024.
- One post of Psychologist (BS-17) is set aside against 5% minority quota.
- Only candidates with Punjab domicile are eligible to apply for the aforementioned positions.
- If you are a candidate currently employed in a Government or Semi-Government Organization, you need to apply through the correct steps and should include a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer with your application.
- Only shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to participate in further recruitment process i.e. interview.
