General Guidelines:

 

• Recruitment for positions will follow the policy issued by the Establishment Division of the Government of Pakistan, with the title "Management Position Scales Policy, 2020". This policy may be amended from time to time.
• The applicant should be a Pakistani National and should not be older than 62 years at the closing date of applications.
• The appointment will be on a contract basis for 18 months and may be extended for up to 2 more years on an annual basis, depending on the employer's needs and the employee's satisfactory performance.
• The ideal candidate for this role should have experience working in large organizations and strong skills in navigating challenging and transformative environments. A track record of success and achievements is also necessary.
