Terms & Recruitment Procedure:

 

The Lahore Electricity Supply Company has commenced the recruitment procedure for getting potential candidates on board to fill employment vacancies in the accounts department. Guidelines on how to apply for Lesco Jobs:

 

• Kindly access the OTS website at www.ots.org.pk to execute online or offline registration and application submission.
• Candidates are required to pay a test fee of Rs. 80/- per applicant. Payment of the test fee can be made at any branch of BANK ALFALAH, HBL or ABL, using the prescribed Bank Challan which can be downloaded from the official website: www.ots.org.pk.
• Applicants must submit the specified application form in its entirety, accompanied by certified copies of all academic records, a domicile certificate, a CNIC, and other pertinent documents/experience certificates, as well as two current passport-sized photographs and the original fee challan, through a reputable courier service or Pakistan Post, to the following address mentioned above.
• Applications submitted by hand or received after due date will not be entertained.
• The last date for application submission is 17^th May, 2023.

 

General Guidelines Regarding Terms & Conditions:

 

• All positions will be offered on a fixed compensation basis, without pension benefits or long-term perks, and cannot be converted into permanent roles in the future.
• The Open Testing Service (OTS) will require applicants to pay a fee of Rs. 160/-, where 50% of the fee will be charged directly to the applicant and the remaining 50% will be sponsored by LESCO. Hence, each candidate availing the service is liable to pay a sum of Rs. 80/- to the testing agency.
• The candidate's degrees with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) will be assessed using the HEC's standard chart that can be accessed via the HEC website.
• Applicants who have not yet obtained their degree are not qualified to apply. Candidates without a final result card or those awaiting results will not be taken into account.
• Government Servants who have served continuously for 2 years before the application deadline should apply through the appropriate channel. It should be noted, however, that even though they may apply, their services will not be regularized in LESCO in accordance with company policy.
• Individuals who are interested in multiple positions are required to submit a separate application for each position they wish to apply for.
• The indicated age limit already considers general age relaxation. Hence, no further relaxation in age is permissible, apart from the 3-year relaxation for candidates belonging to scheduled castes and Buddhists, as well as 10-year relaxation for government servants having completed a continuous two-year government service by the closing date.
• Minimum passing marks in written test will at least be 50%.
• Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each position will be permitted to participate in the Written Test. It should be noted that passing the Written Test alone does not guarantee employment.
• Selected candidates might be placed anywhere in Punjab.
