Terms & Recruitment Procedure:

 

The recruitment procedure has come to an end for getting potential candidates on board to fill available jobs openings in Sindh Health Department. Applicants are invited to submit their applications between 27th April, 2023 and 19th May, 2023 keeping in mind all terms and conditions.

• Individuals seeking employment with a disability are required to provide proof of their disability by uploading their CNIC with a wheelchair logo issued by NADRA.
• Once the online application has been submitted, applicants are required to retrieve the generated challan from the system, which amounts to Rs. 1200/- (Twelve Hundred Only), and deposit it at any branch of ABL/MCB Bank. It is important to note that this fee is non-refundable.

 

General Guidelines:

 

• The employment opportunity is only applicable for people who residents of Sindh Province.
• The initial screening tests will be conducted under the supervision of SIBA Testing Services (STS).
• Separate Test is required for each post by SIBA mentioned  in the  advertisement.
• Each candidates must score at least 50% marks in the test to eligible for shortlisting.
• The Selection Committee, as notified by SGA&CD under notification No. SORI(SGA&CD)3-76/2019 dated 03.03.2020, will be conducting the interviews for the shortlisted candidates.
• The examination will take place on the same day and time in Karachi, Hyderabad, and Sukkur.
• Minimum age is only applicable after the closing date of the vacancy announcement.
• Submitting false, exaggerated, or misleading information will result in the denial of the application, and may potentially warrant criminal prosecution.
• The relaxation in age, as prescribed by the Government of Sindh Rules, will be permissible. Applicants who are currently employed in the government sector, including those in district courts, may submit their application through the appropriate channel.
• The authority to adjust the number of posts is reserved exclusively for the Admin Department.
• Applications are only acceptable till closing date as 19^th May, 2023.
