• Conduct market analysis on the prospects of NTBS for the banking industry, while keeping abreast of current industry trends and economic shifts that may impact borrowers' positions. Disseminate relevant information to upper management.
• The professional development and upskilling of the credit teams at both the hub and branch levels.

Key Job Requirements – Relationship Manager: 

• Possessing adequate expertise in asset-based financial products.
• Proficient in SBP Prudential Regulations and interrelated aspects.
• Fulfill Marketing and Business Development obligations aimed at attaining predetermined objectives while possessing exceptional communication capabilities.
• To assess the creditworthiness of the borrower, it is imperative to carry out a comprehensive examination of their financial and market position, as well as their security/collateral and technical ability.
• To oversee the entire credit proposal process from initial submission to final disbursement.
• Managing the assigned credit portfolio involves conducting efficient post-disbursement monitoring. This encompasses a range of tasks, including monitoring loan repayments, servicing markups, and other related duties.
